TRACK YOUR ORDER

When your order is ready we will send you an email with all the tracking information and a link to track your order. When your order has left our warehouses, you will receive an SMS or an email from our courier companies (MRW or Correos) with a tracking number.

To check the status of your order, access the tracking page of MRW (http://www.mrw.es/) or Correos (https://www.correos.es/ss/Satellite/site/aplicacion- locator_envios-herramientas_y_apps/detalle_app-sidioma=es_ES).

If the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry. It takes a few hours for the shipping company to enter the tracking information into their systems, please try again later.

If your order goes through any customs, we are not responsible for the additional costs that this entails or for the increase in the indicated delivery time. 

SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS

Shipping costs are €3.90 to the Peninsula and €5.90 to the Balearic Islands, unless special discounts are applied.

For international shipments and other destinations, consult the price indicated in the last step of the purchase process.

APPLICABLE TAXES

The price of the marketed products is indicated next to the descriptive sheet of each one of them and includes the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or wrong product, send us images where the defect is clearly shown so that we can verify it through this form and give you a solution.

WRONG ORDER

If you receive your order incorrectly, send us an image through this form where you can see everything you have received with their respective references in the package and we will give you a solution once the content has been verified.

CHANGES AND RETURNS

If you wish to make a change to one of the items you have received, we need you to indicate the change you are requesting through this form. You must pay €3.90 for shipping costs (Peninsula) or the one that corresponds in your geographical area to a standard shipment.

Once we receive your request we will send you a link so that you can pay the shipping costs. The same courier that delivers your new order will pick up the old one.

ORDER RETURN

You have 30 days to return your order. You must pay €3.90 for shipping costs (Peninsula) that will be deducted from the amount of the item to be returned. If it is another geographical area, the shipping cost corresponds to the standard shipping of your initial order.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a Post Office label so that you can send us the order by depositing it at any Post Office. You must access this form to complete the process.

 SIZES AND MEASURES

On the product page you can find the available sizes in the "Size" selector. Under the purchase button, by clicking on "Sizes" you can see the exact dimensions of each size. We show you a capture at the end. Only the available sizes shown in the selector are available.

Unfortunately there is no standardization in the dimensions of the sizes. This is why we cannot provide you with an exact match.

 Step 1: Measure yourself. Outline: Measure around the widest part, just below the sleeves, with the tape measure horizontal. Height: Measure a t-shirt from the side edge of the neckline to the bottom edge of the garment, with the tape vertical.

Step 2: Find your size We recommend that you measure the garment that you like the most in your wardrobe, and choose the size that is closest to these measurements. Use this table to choose your size. If you are in doubt between two sizes, order the smaller one so that it fits more closely, or the larger one so that it fits more loosely.

PAYMENT METHODS

The only payment methods accepted are PayPal and credit or debit card. We do not accept other payment methods such as cash on delivery or transfer. If you have any problem when completing the payment, you can try accessing with other devices (PC, mobile, tablet, ...) or with other browsers (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla, ...).

If you pay by card, make sure that you agree to make purchases online and if it is a wallet card that you have at least €1 more than the amount of the order. If you still get an error, send us a screenshot so that we can see exactly the error that appears and we can solve it.

ABOUT THE MANUFACTURING OF OUR PRODUCTS

In order to make each of our t-shirts, the textile, handling, design and printing are necessary. In each and every one of the parties we make sure that all the people involved have a decent salary and conditions.

The manipulation, the design and the printing are carried out in Spain, where we personally verify this fact. Regarding the textile, it is currently made in Bangladesh. In this sense, we are aware that decent salary and working conditions are not always offered.

For this reason, we only work with suppliers that assure us and certify that they offer decent salary and working conditions, specifically:

  • Freedom of employment choice
  • Freedom of association and organization among workers.
  • Freedom of collective bargaining.
  • Absence of discrimination, especially gender and race.
  • Absence of child labor.
  • Decent salary conditions.
  • Decent and responsible working day.
  • Safe and healthy working conditions.
